Wet the coat fully Use lukewarm water and make sure the fur is completely soaked down to the skin before you apply anything.

Apply the shampoo pour out a good amount and spread it across the coat from the neck all the way to the tail. Focus extra on areas your dog scratches the most.

Massage with soft circles Use your fingertips to work the shampoo into the coat gently. Let it reach the skin so the calming ingredients can actually do their job.

Leave it for a minute do not rinse immediately. Give it a little time to work on the skin and reduce irritation properly.

Rinse thoroughly wash out every bit of shampoo with clean water. Leftover product on the skin can actually cause more itching, so rinse until the water runs clear.
